Climbing Back Into the Family Tree:
A Guided Sibling Reunion for Grown-ups"
Adult siblings explore family legacies, and shed a new light on their childhood history and experiences. "Old hurts" and "unfairnesses" are revisited within a context of understanding and compassion. Siblings will create a "Coat-of-Arms" as an inspiration for the next generation(s).
This is a 2-part event over 2 days

*Relationship Success:
Create a Vision for your relationship; Identify and Decrease "old brain" reactivity; Learn to 'speak' your parner's Love Language and increase effective loving and caring behaviors in your relationship.
*Gender Differences:
No more battle of the sexes! Understanding the 'hardwired' differences between males and females, will open up new ways for you to create a compassionate, safe, and winning team.
* Multi-Generational Genogram Design
for Individuals or Couples:
Learn to map your "family tree" and 'trim' it with Family Legacies (patterns of relating, and expectations that have been passed down through the generations) and Family Loyalties -including Conflictual or Split-Loyalties (as in your relationship with in-laws, or with your children in case you are divorced, remarried, or have adopted children).
Discover and plan how you can make healthy changes in important family relationships, which will benefit not only you, but also the next generation(s).
